April Favorites

Monthly favorites really sneak up on me. I almost forgot about it this month but luckily I had it jotted down in my blogging calendar. Horray for blogging organization! Anyway, this month I thought I’d show you some of the makeup bits I’ve been enjoying.

Clinique Even Better in Ivory
This is a recent rediscovery. Since the shade I have is my spring/summer color, I had tucked it away during my paler months. I brought this back out again and realized why I love it so much. The coverage is light-medium and the finish is really natural.

L’oreal Visible Lift Blur Concealer in Light
This is a recent discovery and it is well on it’s way to becoming my HG concealer. I recently posted a review of it where I go into detail about all the ways I love this concealer.

L’oreal Brow Gel in Medium to Dark
This is a tinted brow gel that I probably didn’t need but I just couldn’t resist picking up. I have a few brow gels in rotation but I wanted to see if this was any good. It is and I’ve been using it religiously all month. Although I wish the color was a bit lighter, it works well on its own to give me a polished looking brow.

Neutrogena Shine Powder
I heard Estee rave about this so I had to pick it up. It is a really natural looking translucent powder. It comes with a sponge to touch up on the go but I don’t feel the need to use it. The powder lasts well on my skin and keeps my makeup in place all day.

Rimmel Lip Liner in East End Snob
Every blogger and their mother has raved about this lip liner. My local Target never had this shade in stock, so I had to really search to get a hold of it. I can see why this liner is in high demand. It is a great neutral pink color and the twist up tube means no sharpening! Yay!! I love it so much, I bought a back up.
